The first two mini SHOC workshops took place at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.
Led by SHOC Program manager Mercè Rua, participants took part in the beginning of the first SHOC workshops- Understanding the context needs and resources.
They answered three questions which encouraged people to think about the city both as an individual and on a wider strategy and policy level.

In a full length SHOC workshop each topic will become a guided conversation starter, leading eventually into collaborative problem solving and actionable ideas.
